Profile of Ratilal Jadav (Director):

Ratilal Jadav is an accomplished Electrical Design Engineer with over 17 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Fertilizer, and Chemical projects across all EPC stages — from conceptual and FEED to detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

He has comprehensive experience in the procurement and inspection of GIS, cables, LV/MV motors, MCCs, GTGs, STGs, EDGs, transformers, and switchgears for petrochemical and oil & gas facilities. He has also developed equipment design procedures, conducted SAFOP reviews.

Key Expertise

· Electrical Network & Monitoring System (ECMS) engineering, load shedding philosophy, vendor coordination, transient stability analysis, and FO cable routing.

· Modular design and construction LNG and olefins recovery project

· Power generation systems, PMS system design, and integration of GTG/EDG systems, ECMS and RTU integration.

· Includes power system reliability studies like Load flow studies, Short circuit studies, Relay Co-ordination, Motor Starting Analysis, Harmonic analysis, ETAP, SAFOP review and assistance 

· Engineering design in, single line diagram, cable sizing, transformer sizing, generator sizing, Lightning protection, battery Sizing, Ground Grid Design.

· 132 kV GIS substation in container and skid mounted electrical substation with fire detection and suppression system. 

· 132kV package with GIS, cables, SCADA modification & RTU integration and Telecommunication & protection system 

· Procurement and Inspection of Cable, LV/MV Motor, MCC, GTG, STG, EDG, GIS, ECMS, FMS, Transformer, switchgears etc
